Return & Refund Policy

1. Return and Exchange Period

In accordance with the Ministry of Commerce and Industry’s regulations, you may exchange or return purchased items within 14 days of the purchase or delivery date.

Defective Goods:If an item has a manufacturing defect, you may be entitled to a return or repair even after the 14-day period, subject to inspection.

2. Conditions for Return

  • Condition: The product must be unused, in its original intact packaging, and in "resellable" condition.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid original receipt or invoice is mandatory for all transactions.

3. Return Shipping & Collection

  • Customer Responsibility: For "change of mind" returns, the customer typically bears the cost of return shipping.
  • Company Responsibility: If the item is defective or does not match specifications, the company will cover the transportation costs.
