Shipping & Delivery Policy

Effective Date: March 2026

1. Delivery Areas

We deliver to all governorates within the State of Kuwait, including Kuwait City, Hawally, Farwaniya, Ahmadi, Mubarak Al-Kabeer, and Jahra.

Remote Areas:Deliveries to areas such as Abdaly, Wafra, or Khiran may incur additional fees or slightly longer lead times.

2. Standard Local Delivery

FREE Delivery: Applicable for all orders over 20 KWD.
Flat Delivery Fee: A flat fee of 2.000 KWD applies to orders below 20 KWD.
Express / Same-Day Delivery: Available for orders placed before our 6:00 PM cut-off time.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your package upon arrival. If an item is damaged or incorrect, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours to arrange a replacement or refund.
